For her Dad's 60th, our daughter surprised him with an 'R' themed party.Everyone had to come as something starting with the letter R[his name is Ron]We had Rainbows,Red Indians,Reindeer, several ladies in red,me among them and he never twigged even then,as we went to her place 'for a few drinks' me looking like a Christmas tree.Roman soldier, red backed spider etc, people are very ingenious. i remember one year when my brother ran a pub in southamoton.it was my mothers 50th birtday so we had to think of something different to do for her special birthday.some years prior my mother and father done a themed night in their pub which was having christmas in june which my brother done fo my mum.he had the christmas tree up and all the decorations.he had christmas crackers all round the bar.the food was all christmas themed.mince pies and christmas cake which someone made for him christmas puds.turkey witha ll the trimmings.he also had the christmas music going aswell.he had a santa to deliver my mums presents and all the regulars commented for months how much fun we had and how strange to be doing this in june.have you given anyone the suprise on their birthday and what?xxxxxx
