thank you melinda, i'm glad that your friends grandson is ok,it can be a devastating illness, eloise was so ill that for a week they couldn't tell us wether she'd live or not,it was a nightmare but fortunately for us she made a full recovery, karen

karen, i know what you went through a friend of mines grandson had meningitis too, but he has come through quite well too. please give your daughter a hug and yourself too love melinda xx

7 years ago today my oldest daughter,then 2yrs old,come home from hospital after having meningitis,not a day goes by when we don't think how lucky we are to still have her with us but today is the day we'll always be thankful for, now i'm getting all teary, karen
