Help! - I must be really thick !!!

As you know I am new to all this, but I am having big problems building my tree. eg I can add a father but then it says click to add mother's details... save changes .... but it doesn't show the mother in immediate family. Also on Mum's tree it shows all her ancestors - mine only shows my Mother & Father, my generation and my children ..... so like I say - I must be really thick! What am I doing wrong? Frustrated G xxx |

Gaynor, You are not doing any thing wrong. I had the same problem and asked GR, they told me that's the way it has been set up by them, just pop them an email and they will explain fully. Its not you, its the way it is set up. Joanne |

It has now updated to show my grandparents so maybe I'm just impatient........ me? - NEVER !!! lol However it does only display the paternal line intially G x |
