lost half a stone and still off the fags! i'm off out at 4 today though and it'll be a heavy one. hopefully i'll stay off the ciggies but i think all the weight might come back! x |

i started off trying atkins but then i realised i'm a bloke and thats really girly! all i did was drink less alchohol and eat more fruit, simple! and i lost more than my chick who stuck to atkins! try it, honest you wont put weight on. there's lots of ways to exercise anyway! xx |

yeah money saved.doing up the house and have just bought some blinds and some nice mirror with wooden frames for the hall and living roomfor when we have our fireplace fitted.slowly running out though.have you spoken to paul today.how is he?not upset with what we called him then?xxxx(: |
