It is not as bad as seems really - my stepdaughter is due anyday with her first baby - It will be my husbands 3rd grandchild - but i am really excited - christmas may have a meaning after all again as the 4 older children we have all stopped believing just the youngest believes and I think this will be her final year - she is 9 yrs old. Just wanted to share with you all.

Hi Tracey, I married my husband when I was 29. I became a wife, mother (2 step daughters) and a grandmother (then 3 year old), all on the same day!! My grand daughter was our bridesmaid!! Now 37, with a ten year old grand daughter and a one year old grandson and my daughter is 6, and an auntie!! Families!! Don't you just love 'em!! xx

I am looking forward to it don't get me wrong but it is just a daunting thought but with the replies above I will put a smile on my face. Baby due on 16th Sept - hope all goes well - worried about stepdaughter though she is ratty enough when she is tired at the best of times.

Congratulations - I'm 39 and still not a Mummy yet - still trying, though my husband and I said it would easier to adopt an 18 year old and just have gradchildren!
