My main exercise is walking my son to school and back. The only sport I excelled in at school was running from toilet to toilet avoiding the pe teacher. Lx

Lorraine LOL!! My right wrist has a friction burn on it from using the mouse, so I suppose that's the limit of my activity! Mandy :)

I'd like to say I sail dinghies, but: 1. I never get the time 2. The sailing club closed down 3. Last time I went out I capsized and bust the centreboard

Dorothy I used to be like that, I'm 5 8" and used to be same weight just about as you, then I gave up smoking I've put on over a stone, I'm seriously thinking of more exercise, not sit downstairs on the bus but go up the stairs that should do it. Lynda

Joking aside Chrissy, walking back and forwards to school with my son is around two miles per day, at weekends we go for long walks around five miles - not bad for a five year old to do (that's the son's age not mine!!) not to mention the gardening, running up and down the stairs at home etc. Have I lost any weight - No!
