I have found these 2 pieces of FREE software very usefull. Skype alows you to use your PC as a telephone world wide. (Voice over IP) I talk to my mates using skype and the calls are FREE. I live in Sydney and have a son in the UK and we talk for free. all you need is a headset and mike. Its available from http://www(.)skype(.)c0m I also use Plaxo to keep my email address book up to date. I have over 500 email addresses and there is nothing more frustrating than sending out a bunch of emails than to have a number of them bounce because my friends have changed there email address. Plaxo automaticly updates your address book whenever someone changes their email address or if you change yours then it updates your friends address book for you. Plaxo is also FREE to use. It's available from https://www(.)plaxo(.)c0m You need to remove the brackets and replace the zero with a nought in c o m. Wayne
