But being serious for a moment ,thanks for all your replies but i am sickened by it all ,and will concerntrate on my tree for a while ,so WATCH ALL YOU LOVELY HELPFUL PEOPLE ON THE RECORDS BOARD i shall be after your advice . I have still not heard from A M about the said e-mails i did send them copies of them. I agree entirely about the email system, Val. At present one can receive messages again from the sender even if one doesn't want to receive them from that person. In the old system, one could block a sender. Much more satisfactory way of doing things, and I have said this in feedback. take care Joy (probably P E no 2)

I think it is very brave of you to stand and be counted.... but then in my opinion you should never have been put in that position.... keep smiling and don't let them drag you down!! ;O)

Dear Val, It was brave of you to speak again of this and I can see nothing at all in your posting that would warrant it's removal. At the end of the day the emails should not have been sent to you and I hope the sender realises the hurt caused. I do hope GC acknowledge you as otherwise it would appear they are being selective. (I have had 2 or 3 things not acknowledged over the last few months). I hope all concerned have now received the apologies they deserve and the board can go back to it's friendly ways. Seeing as Lynda has said a thank you to you all it was me who received the original e-mail ,infact i had 2 .I sent it to Lynda as i thought it was only fair that she should see what people are saying about her ,not only her me too, for giving my thought re her thread It was like being back at school and being told off by the school teacher.I sent these e-mails to the Abuse Manager and have not had any feedback . If someone has something to say ,say it on the thread not frustrate people by sending e-mails . I am a mature person of pensionable age so i do not want any trouble ,this came completly out of the blue . Please Jeannett dont have this one taken off as well . Anybody is entitled to there say ,if it is on the board you do not have to read it ,when it comes in e-mail form and on your messages you do not have a choice .If it had been on the thread i could have complained to A M and had it taken off. I think GR hould go back to the old way and let our e-mails go direct to us not go on our message board. Thank you for reading this ,i am glad i have put the records straight .Val
