We were travelling home last night behind a car which had blue lights flashing from underneath the car, what would that be for? |

They are called Neons, and I hate them. My boyfriend has some in the garage ready to put on, I just looked at him and shook my head a complete idiot. I have asked him not to put them on but he wont listen to me. He is 35 years old and acts like 18 when it comes to his precious car. |

I've not seen any cars with flashing lights underneath them but recently I've seen more cars with the spinning hubcaps (whilst the car's standing still). Lx |

I always thought that BLUE was meant for emergency services Any one displaying them should be "Knicked" same as Modified number plates........ Seems like a throwback to the Mods n Rocker days, of the sixties........Bob |
