I wish I could say, to those bereaved children on the news this morning, that their Daddies died in a good cause.........one of them said, "I know my Daddy's not going to come back".

My thoughts are with all those people who lost someone on that terrible, terrible day, and to Carol and her fellow New Yorkers who witnessed the destruction of their city in just a few hours.

This dreadful thing happened two days before my 40th birthday, I remember crying for days afterwards. Last year, I went with my husband to New York, and we were there for September 11th. We went to ground zero, and visited the little church, St. Paul's, that gave comfort to those helping with the awful days and month afterwards. I could not even begin to imagine the horror of that day, and the sheer size of the area that is 'ground zero'. I shall NEVER forget 9.11.01. With love deep sympathy to all those who lost loved ones.
