Remove ( ) before using websites: Cyndi's list is wonderful: http://www.cyndislist(.)com/canada.htm Marriages in Ontario from 1800-1924: http://homepages.rootsweb(.)com/~maryc/ontmarr.htm Note: I've only found about 50% of my ancestors using this website. Marriage records prior to the mid-1800's are sketchy. InGeneas has some Canadian records, however there is a charge to obtain the full information: http://www.ingeneas(.)com/free/index.html Barbara brought up a good point. Do you have any idea where in Canada she may have lived?

Hi Tina, Do you know where in Canada? It's a BIG country. The 1881 census is on the familysearch LDS site and the 1901 census is at http://automatedgenealogy(.)com remove brackets. It is about 80% transcribed by volunteers so far. You could try a google search for the Canada Gen Web project. Just a few suggestions. It is harder to get info from Canada as they are more concerned with privacy. Regards Barbara

Can anyone help me out. I have found that my ggggrandmother was born and probably married in Canada. I have now hit a sticking point as I don't know of any Canadian genealogy sites, so I was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the right direction ! Any help would be a great help, thanks.
