Val - MSN reefrs in this instance to MSN messenger, one of a number of personal communication tools out there (there's also (Y)ahoo messenger, AOL messenger (AIM) etc Basically you install a small program on your PC and register your email address on it (usually a (h)otmail account). You then add in the email addresses of all your friends... when you login, you can see who else is online and converse online. Its great fun and very useful. Paul

Hi all I'm at work today, after a few weeks off. Was looking forward to catching up with friends on MSN, but sadly I can't access it at the moment from work (techincal issues). I feel really cut off !!! We've only had this facility from work for about 6 months, but 2 hours without it and I don't know how I coped before. Paul
