has anyone got sky one and have they been watching toughest pubs in britain.know they existed but glad to be warned which ones they are so not to go into any.any tough pubs in your area?xxxx(:

hi- i drink in the plough...its known to be a rough and things can get out of hand with people some times but its not too bad...there is a pub close to my boyfriends house called the parkside but is known as the darkside....no one goes there only the locals, and if you walk in and no one knows you the locals throw stuff at ya!!! nasty eh!!! xx

my father has owned a few and many atime we have had to deal with trouble.when he owned the egmont in midhurst west sussex .he was threatened with his life .me and my step sister managed to get out of the pub to call the police and were followed by some of the cronnies.when we came back one came up to me and threatened me aswell because i called the police.they liked to think that they ran the pub and when my father tryed to restore order that is what they didn't likexxx(:

yes they did but it turned out the police were terrified of them aswell.luckily we were only there for about a yearxxx(:

Oh Karen, lets name and shame!!! Its the Tavern on the Hill at the top of my road in Walthamstow. It was the first one featured on the first show. Talk about 'spit and sawdust' - and just don't look anyone in the eye!! Maz. XX
