Do they ever need cleaning? I ask because thanks to kind friends here I have managed to attach 2 pages to email and practised sending to myself to make sure I did it right before I send off. However I am horrifed at the quality - this has not happened before when I have scanned papers. The thing is set at 75 and I have tried changing it but makes no difference. I know I am thick re computers - please help!
