Personally, I always delete them but I know Judy in the States recommends quarantining them. Right click on the list of the things that were found then "Select All". To quarantine them, right click on the list again and select "Quarantine". To delete them, simply click on "Next" after "Select All".

Anthony.....First, there is a new version of Adaware you might want to download as 6.0 is outdated and no longer updates. You can find the program at: http://www.lavasoftusa(.)com/support/download/ Remove the ( ) from the address. When you get to the page, click on the red text that says FREE. Then scroll down the page to the subheading ADAWARE SE PERSPONAL and click on one of the site links (Major Geek is a good one.) Then click on one of the site links and the download will begin. Once the program is installed, update the definitions....you'll see the link to click on when you open the program.....then run it. When ADAWARE is done scanning you'll be advised that it's done. 1. Click on NEXT. 2. The items found by ADAWARE will be listed. In the 1st column named OBJ. there should be a check mark in front of each item found. If there isn't, place your mouse over any one of the items that ADAWARE found and RIGHT click on it. A box will appear, click on SELLECT ALL OBJECTS. All the items found should now have a check mark in front of it. 3. If you choose to quarantine, click on QUARANTINE. 4. A box pops up asking you to name the file....name it whatever you want....I use the date formatted as 18-19-2004 (use the minus signs inbetween numbers....for some reason it won't accept the date formatted as 18/19/2004 or 18.19.2004......or so I've been told.) Click on OK. 5. Another box appears asking you if you want to quarantine and continue, click on OK. 6. Another box appears asking if it's OK to delete....click OK. 7. Click on Next and your finished. If you choose to just delete the items, not quarantine first, at step three just click NEXT, you should get a box asking if it's OK to delete....click OK, then NEXT and you're done. If I messed any of the steps up and it doesn't work for you let me know....I did the above from memory....it looks like I covered it all....LOL. Judy
