I always look forward to Christmas and spend ages wrapping the presents and making everything look pretty. I have carols blasting out the cd player. Fantastic seeing my little boy's face when he walks in the room on Christmas morning. Only trouble is I am poorly every year at that time - flu, tonsilitis, gastric flu, chicken pox - you name it I've had it! Mind you, as soon as the day is over I want to get back to normal and chuck the tree out! Elfx

Love xmas too, "chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your toes", feel an early carol song coming on! just right for shopping later on!..

Joanne, I love Christmas as well. The run-up is great. We always start reading A Christmas Carol as a family on Dec 1st and try to have it finished a day or 2 before Christmas. What traditions do other people have?We always make cakes etc and do secret deliveries on Christmas Eve,our boys love it.
