Did anyone watch 'She's Gone'? If it was based on a true story, wasn't the girl found dismembered in a cave? Or am I thinking of another case? The prog seemed to end with an anti-climax somehow..........

Hi Dilys and Manda I saw it too. It was a bit of an anti-climax at the end. Could the whole thing have been something to do with the father's prejudices? It seemed as though he may have pushed her away with his views and they led to him almost losing the plot with worry. I thought that if anything had happened to her, the crime would be have been perpetrated by the English guy. The end was weird and I for one was looking for more information on what had gone on. Excellent acting and locations, but 2 hours to tell a basically good plot was far too long. 90 minutes would have been better.

Yes, June - I thought it was his daughter The saving grace for all his searching was that it lead to another girl being 'rescued' from that island........if his daughter was a lesbian, why were any of the men interested? They should have picked up signals, surely?
