Joanne Can't remember the name, I think its British Diabetic Assn, but they have nutritionists who you can chat to on the phone who are really helpful about menus. nell

Any sort of rice dish [not pudding] ,casseroles ,meat chicken, just steer away from too much fat ,and lay off the pastry.I,am diabetic and can eat normally .,a curry is ideal, low fat and no sugar ,without even trying.Fred.ptfg.

if you ring up iceland they might be able to put you on to their head office who have a free from list which might include food for diabetics.if you look up their website should have their head office number which you can contactxxxx(:

im meeting my dad in a few week's for the 1st time in17 yrs he is a diabatic, i want to cook him a nice meal any one got ant idea's please thank's in advance jo xx
