I'm not beating up Des but I feel so sorry for his little son - with a Dad old enough to be his great grandad! Nobody seems to think about the children these days. I can't believe that women in their late fifties would go thro' so much 'reversal' of their bodies, to have a baby so late.........it's not all about what we want, is it? |

Not related to him but Charlie Chaplin springs to mind! Surprising what these geriatric fathers today can do if they ditch the first wives and get themselves younger ones.........! But, sadly, men just don't age (bodily) like us - but they age far quicker in their minds than women, some consolation!! |

I have a rellie who fathered a child at the age of 78!!! His wife was 36. They had 'lived in sin' for about 10 years before they married in 1896. Pat |
