Madeira, cheapest time to go is just before Christmas or just after New Year. Try Atlantic Holidays, Style Holidays or book your flight and hotel seperately on the net. Ros

P & O/Princess Caribbean cruise . . . . I know it's not exactly "cheap" but it's excellent value for money. We went in Jan. this year and it was fantastic.

Paul, Look on Teletext, but on the computer, as you can change the pages yourself instead of waiting & waiting on the the tele! some really good deals on there. We got a fantastic deal, I know it was July, but it was school Hols, we paid 265 pds each for the 3 of us but others had paid 3000 euros for 3 for the same week., half brd and 4 *, brill. Have always got our hols off teletex. Canary Islands are really nice that time of year, Baleric's can be a bit cold, just depends really, but if you go to tourist areas there will not be much open that time of year. What ever you decide, you and Sharon have an easy & enjoyable time, which you probably will and I will be envious! Kim x

We DESPERATELY need a holiday, and I'm thinking of booking somewhere for later this year or perhaps Jan (as I don't actually have any leave left to take at work lol). Anyone have any suggestions for somewhere not too expensive that we could jet off to in Jan that would be nice and warm ? Paul &Sharon
