banning the big ones!!!

Just a quick word here ... The kingsize bars aren't being "banned" by the govornmant. The manufacturors have just decided, in the eight of medical opinion, to stop making them. It's the same as McDonalds stopping making the "supersize" meals (following the "Super Size Me" documentary, where a man lived on just McDonalds for a month (?) and became very ill). It's all well and good spouting off about personal choice, and I'm as fat and unhealthy as the next person, but lets face it, we're rapidly catching up with America in the obesity stakes, and it's the wider choice of junk food thats to blame. Personally I think it's a responsible decision - those fatties amonst us will just buy two though :) |

Another excuse to put the price up!! King size worked out cheaper than small ones (is that quantity rather than quality lol). I'd get a big one and attack it slowly over a few days - aren't we capable of deciding what we can handle????? maggie |
