There's nothing worse than seeing your child in pain, especially when you have to hold them down while people stick needles in !!

karen when i took my daughter for her first jabs the nurse had to look after me! i'm not scared of needles or anything, it was the look on her face of 'why would you let them do this". that was me in bits and the nurse had to consol me! x

bless her, it hurts and she is only little. Give her a cuddle afterwards. explain that she would feel much more poorly if she got the flu and it is a little pain to prevent a bigger pain. Ann Glos

....its probably my daughter!! at 4pm i have to take isabelle for a flu jab,its the first time she has had to have it but this is the child who turns everything into a major drama-----wish me luck, karen. we're back now and the hysteria started even before we left the house, she calmed down by the time we got into see the nurse and strangley all the crying stopped when a sweet was offered.still all done till next year. paul,i know what you mean i remember taking eloise for her first jabs as a baby,i took my mum with me for moral support and she was in floods just like me. christine, scarlett,or physco as we affectionally call her was a big help, isabelle took a photo of her to the doctors
