Hi Lisa. I am in Canada and my daughter is a hairdresser, you can find loads of jobs, but do not go to (Price cuts or Magic cuts any thing like that the pay is no good). She has to take a writen test to get her Ontario Licence, mind you I have heard of girls not haveing it, depends on the salon I suppose. I will see if I can get her a copy of the book she has to study or the address for the imformation, and I will post it on to you, she can also rent a chair which is the best way to go once she gets her clients. E-mail me and let me know were in Toronto she is going to live. Love Deb.

Hi, my sister and boyfriend are moving to Canada end of this year. He is 25 she is 28 yrs old. He has just been promoted from his UK job to Toronto well about an hour away from there. When my sister gets her working visa she is hoping to go Jan/Feb. She is a hairdresser she has all the skills and qualifications on paper from here but does anyone know if she will have to take an exam again in Canada. Also does anyone know of a good site that I can tell her about that will give her the info about her trade in Canada. Thanks a lot Lisa
