I need a contact from the other site quickly...can anyone help....my email is not working...this is my only contact point

could not get on the 'other site' and was given the email address to contact them - was emailed last night with things to do to let me to see this site - now my email isn't working and I can't access what I was told to do so I can reverse it - if I have to re-install I lose everything

Hello Chrissie, I received this from Colin. "Hi Christine If the settings are high then we will need to bring these down before we can get the cookie onto the computer to make the access If we can go to the following then please Click Tools, then click Internet Options. Click the Security tab. Click the Internet zone. Select a security level other than High. -or- Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.
