The one with the stutter saw the man who was setting the fire, he chased after him and found him in the basement with a book of matches. He managed to jump the man just as the others arrived and they handcuffed the arsonist with the pink fluffy handcuffs they'd got off the girl earlier. After that, not much else. Hope this helps!
