To look at who is living at a particular address you do have to pay to see the image or transcript. The decoder will give lists of people in a particular district and sort them into those on same page of census but won't tell you their address I'm afraid. Judith

OOOOoooo just had another thought, wonder if you have to pay for it then, but then again, if it doesnt bring up singletons in the street, then you'd have to look at each one, im confusing myself now,LOL thanks again. :-)

Nichola, I'm not doing something right! I can find all the numbers in Lancaster Road, and I can find all the Singletons (in the UK it looks like lol) but I can't combine the two. I've only ever done a person search on the decoder using Allie's simple instructions. So if you'd like to give me a few directions, I'm more than happy to keep trying! Mandy :)

thanks mandy, i said to someone id have a look on my decoder for them, just went to use it, wont work, but my files on my comp are either missing, wont open etc, so had to call computer man out again,LOL. if there are singletons on that street etc, i can then go on ancestry 1901 to get them, but it throws too many up. Computers and me dont get on,lOL. Thanks and cheers for this. owe you one. :-)

Hi Nichola, I don't use the decoder much as I've got 1901 on Ancestry, but I'll have a go and come back to you in a bit. Mandy :)
