No, I don't drink spirits either. Keep a small bottle of brandy for poorly tums or for sloshing in the chocolate truffle torte I've just discovered how to make (yummmmmm) :)

tipple of choice is whiskey, but I can't stand scotch so drink Irish; Jamesons or bushmills. I can drink Jack Daniels at a push Don't mind a southern comfort occasionally too - especially if it's the higher strength imported stuff. Incidentally - Glen's vodka ? Never heard of it, is that the famous "russian Glen" then ?

Went round the Jamesons place in Dublin a few months ago which was really interesting, did the tasting test at the end too, which was fine although it was a bit early in the day for it lol Always knew I didn't like scotch and now I know why - it's the way the grain is dried over peat which gives it the smoky earthy flavour - and as you say, irish is much smoother (coz it's distilled three times - see, I paid attention lol) I was tempted to buy a bottle of the really expensiev stuff, but couldn't really justify it. At the moment I have a bottle of jamesons - cheap but quite nice

I rarely drink at all, but when I do it is Bacardi and coke. Personally, I would rather stick with my tea.
