starting Family Tree from Grandparents

Hello, Does anyone know how I can start my family tree from my grandparents, because my mother is still living and I don't want her details to be seen by others. I've emailed "Feedback" but have so far not received a reply!

I think that you need to link everyone on your tree to yourself. Try calling her Unknown Smith and remove all details of birth etc before you download your tree. Brenda

Yes, recommend you add her with the Christian name 'Living' - think you will find a lot of people on here do that. Maz. XX
