Christine, that ironing machine IS called Christine, my house has one. LOL Mine would be batteries that lasted forever. I spend a small fortune replacing them on the kids toys. I know they already have rechargeable ones but these toy companies aren't daft. Most toys don't take rechargeables. Christine

A politician who told the truth! An insurance company that paid out without complaining. A TV channel that didn't show repeats. Fat free food. Chocolate that was good for you. Another everlasting bottle of Guinness!

I know I cannot take my money with me but I hope to smuggle my mobile into the next world to contact a few friends on this side. I am a bit worried though that there may not be facilities there for charging up the batteries as they fade and I would like someone to invent an everlasting battery. Make it quick though as I am past my sell-by date. Len Ps. If I get to the wrong place, of course, it won't matter as the mobile will melt.

A time machine, to go back and ask those ancestors what they were playing at, telling porkies to the registrar and census enumerator.

I've always thought that those little plastic things that have butter and jam in at hotels etc should be filled with marmite instead. Any sponsors ??? :-)
