A blind date! My best mate had met a fella and started going out with him. They persueded his best mate and me to come on a blind date with the pair of them. Just had our Silver Wedding Anniversary! My mate introduced 2 other couples to each other, his mates/her mates. Both couples have since married each other. Paula, you have a lot to answer for!!!!!!!! Viv

PAT - that's a sure fire recipe for a happy marriage, we are supposed to admire the first man in our lives (Dad) tremendously so your husband slots easily into the same category. Me? Married a man from a totally different background and we have struggled on for 38 years, not a match made in Heaven!
