Hi Everyone, Just had to share the news that I became a 'Granny' for the second time today at 3:20. Carmen was born 5wks early by emergency ceasarian weighing 3lb 8oz, She's doing well, incubated but breathing on her own, Mum still poorly but being well cared for. Touch and go there for a while so can you all keep your fingers crossed. From a tired but relieved 'Gran! Lynn.

Lynn Congratulations to you and your family. Wishing a speedy recovery to 'mum' so she can enjoy her new baby. Now go get some rest so you can fuss them tomorrow! I'll remember them both in my prayers! Joanne

Thankyou all for your kind thoughts and wishes, have been at the hospital so often since Monday that haven't had a chance to get back on GC (sorry GR!!) but we are having a break tonight as they have some friends going in. Mum is looking better but still got high BP, but they hope she can come home at the weekend (then they can go back and spend all day with Carmen!) Carmen herself is doing fine although a little jaundiced now. So tiny, her head fits in the palm of my hand & still haven't caught her with her eyes open. Mum and Dad have had a cuddle so thet helped. Lynn.
