Would you say slimming world or weightwatchers is easier to stay on? |

I haven't recently, but my brother has lost just over 2 stone in 2 months. But he has been doing quite a bit of exercise as well. I thought it was really good and lost 2 stone a few years back but put it on through medication. |

Is it using normal everyday foods or do you have to watch what you buy in the supermarket? |

I have lost 3 stone in 12 months just by cutting out snacking. I have done Weightwatchers which is easy as you can eat what you want. The whole red day/green day thing has always put me off slimming world. All I have done is stop snacking and do loads of walking with the children. I have had bad days, but once the weight comes off I think you are more motivated. Good luck with whatever you do! Estelle |
