One day you will look back on this with the realisation it is all over. Then you can have the mother of all parties. Chin up they can take your money but not your pride. Elaine x

It's so frustrating, as a tax payer entitled to NOTHING whatsoever from the government it really angers me to see people who get EVERYTHING especially when they don't deserve it!!

Okay,so here I am raving yet again about the C.S.A but heres a new one for you.Did you know that if you have a maintenance case with The C.S.A and are the non-resident parent then any tax credits you and your new partner recieve on your wage both in working tax credit and child tax credit is used as income when calculating how much you have to pay in child support. So,the government brought in tax credits to help those families earning lower wages but whilst giving with one hand are taking away with the other. But here is the diamond, the parent with care and their partner can claim for your children and their tax credits are not taken into account, they recieve a percentage of your tax credits, child support and their tax credits along with their wages and any other income they earn and it is all their own. While you struggle to survive, they are on the pigs back!Unbelieveable!
