Must admit I hadn't heard of it either, (thought it was somebody's ancestor!).. I love looking in Holland&Barratts, they have all sorts of things, you get a feelgood factor, wandering round the aisles!. |

It comes in tablet form and I believe in a tincture too.I have started taking it and already both my husband and I notice a difference.It regulates your hormones and so helps with mood swings,tender breasts and all the usual horrible problems. |
