They have to start early because by December they want the Easter eggs in the shops :-))

Oh I have to admit that although I have been buying presents I hate to see all the decorations up so early, its the same with the xmas jingles they play in the shopping centres, you get sick of them by Guy Faulkes night!!! Shaz :-)

I agree that it is very early but saying that,I have over half of my presents bought and when we bring our little boy shopping now,he is dazzled by the lights and decorations.I love Christmas and it is much more special since we became three!

Xmas should only start about 2 weeks before the event then finish 2nd Jan, that way the kids could go back to school ealier and give us a break, but seriously when my kids were little it was a nightmare to go shopping I had to find some one who could sit with them, other wise it would have cost a fortune. Have to agree, when I was a child going back to school after the summer hols, Christmas was forever away but now as a parent the minute mine went back I was out christmas shopping...LOL Shaz

I totally agree Val, I work in a shop and last week all our christmas cards and wrap were put on sale, for goodness sake it was only September, but people were buying. Sue

I have been out and about today visiting a few garden centre,s ,and everywhere you look are christmas tree,s and decorations ,i think it is much too early ,what do other people think? Val
