Who is the heaviest smoker?.I knew someone who smoked 120 a day.He was a farmer and he said he would hide them all around the farm.He was so scared of being without and quess what, he quit going cold turkey so it can be done if you really want to give up

To all those that want to stop smoking - it's never too late. My father quit last year at the age off 77 after smoking since he was a child (11 or 12). If he can do it, so can you.

I stopped smoking the march 1st this year and believe me it was hard. I was dead chuffed with myself and couldnt believe how much healthier i felt after a few weeks without the dreaded weed. Last saturday i had a fag at work cos i was feeling really stressed and the girl i was working with was a smoker so i cadged one. I am so disappointed in myself and only hope that im not tempted again, but the thing is it really did make me feel a bit calmer - maybe its all in the head associating a fag with a crisis.

Dear Strump I was like you, i thought I could never give up. I started smoking at 13 and was a heavy smoker until aged 44. I used to smoke upwards of 30+ a day I couldn't even go through the night without waking up for a smoke and the first thing I did before I even got out of bed was light a fag. But I used nicotine patches and also an inhaletor device, I know your are only supposed to use one method but doing it this way worked for me. I did get slightly hooked on the inhalator device but managed to stop using that after 9 months in fact I used to use it without the nicotine plug you put in it, I just liked the fact that it was something to hold. Best wishes if you do try. Liz Ps giving up smoking increased my bust without the need for plastic surgery. I used to be a 30aaa but now I am a 36b but without any extra weight.

If people want to give up smoking, then I'll support them too. But if people want to carry on smoking, then let them... I can't stand all these health officials complaining about it.

Jean, besides the broad shoulders, don't forget the ample bosom - I'm sure lots of people would give up a fag to be embraced in that :)))
