We're with BT Broadband, never had any problems at all with them. And it really is unlimited access, we could have it on 24 hours a day. My brother often has problems with NTL. Mandy :)

Got BT Broadband. No problems at all. Know lots of people who moan like hell about NTL - particularly at first! The only problem with BT is getting thru on the phone - about 6 machines before you get a person. Maz. XX

we have been on BT Broadband for 2 years now - never had a single problem and 3 months ago upgraded to the 1mb package - when we were considering the upgrade I rang them and was delighted with the service - we then went and bought the wireless connections for the laptops as well. Very pleased with the service from BT

I have NTL at the moment but am thinking of switching to BT (highest speed 1mb). My hubby is not in favour of swapping, he's quite happy with NTL. I want to swap because I want to get Sky+ and get rid of my xtra phone line which my daughter comandeers and runs up(making it very expensive) I pay the bill though and am sick of paying £100+ per month, has any one had good or bad experiences with BT
