Im glad im not the only one i put some Potatoes on to cook and went into the sitting room completely forgot, 45 mins later i remebered and just caught them in time.. Sharon

How do you do your roasties?.I par boil them then drain off the water.I put in some flour shake the pan to rough them up a little.The roasties then turn out lovely and crispy :-))))))) yummy

If you add some paprika powder to the flour then they will taste "different". Sylvia xxx

Sorry I haven't replied earlier have been watching Bill Oddie, great programme. We have eaten the roasties they were delicious, sorry but I didn't save you any lol Sue
