As you may already be aware, we have been listening to your feedback and have re-indexed the entire birth, marriage and death records for 1837-1983, enabling you to now research your family tree by typing in the full surname of your relatives, as well as the full first name too. Anyone tried the new setup yet?

Hi Dan, yes I've used the site since this new setup and it really does save you time and money. It gives the first and last names for each page, so no trawling through 20 pages of Smiths to find the one you're looking for (no offence to the Smiths lol). I received the same email today so they're a bit late sending them out - I think they updated the site a couple of weeks ago! Mandy :)

thanks for that dan x you are right mandy it will save us some money i dread to think how much i have spent(got a good idea) and its alot mind you i have had fun doing it
