I just tried to order a birth certificate from GRO site. I've done it before.......no problems. Now it won't accept my card. I tried husband's as well but that wasn't accepted either. When son comes in from work I'll get him to try his. Has anyone else had any problems? Sue

Sue I have had similar trouble. If you are using a VISA card click on the DELTA not VISA symbol and you should find it will accept. Good luck Jon

Hi Sue I made a silly mistake once on that site and didn't realise until the credit card company rang my husband (he is the main cardholder, mine's the second card). They were saying that I'd entered the wrong expiry date twice, which is why the site had rejected it and why the credit card company were concerned about fraud. I couldn't understand how it had happened until I went on there the next time and realised that if you go to scroll down the screen, but don't put your mouse over quite far enough, it will scroll down the actual options thus changing the expiry date or whatever that you've put in. I'm not good at explaining, did that make sense??!! Mandy :)

Thanks Jon and Mandy for your suggestions. I just tried again with my same card, but clicked on Delta instead of Visa and it went through OK. Now I just have to wait a week for the certificate! Thanks again Sue
