Could not find a John Phillips living Warrington born Wales in 1891 - had a look at the Cheshire bmd and there are 4 John Phillips who died Warrington between the dates you mention - one who died 1891 - so it looks possible this was him. Regards Brenda |

John Phillips born 1849 Digestow, Monmouthshire his son died 1889 Warrington district cannot find John in 1901 could anybody look on the 1891 census in the Warrington area please John was widowed in 1884 but he maybe remarried. sue |
