Had laryngitis?? My 15 yr old Max is usually extremely vocal - sometimes to the point of irritation, but for the past few days he has lost his voice and seems to be 'gulping' when he swallows! He had one Thyroid gland removed in Feb., but the vet checked him a month ago and gave him the all clear. Anyone else experienced this in their cats?? |

Maggie - thanks for your email. I guess a visit to the vet is on the cards :(( |

Our cat always makes a terrible row at the vet's, and once lost his voice!.. but as you say, it would be wise to take him for a visit. Keep us posted, hope he's o.k. |
