There is an excellent "shareware" programme called "Wave Repair" that is well worth a try. Just type "Wave Repair" in Google and you're there. Keith Sunny Cairns

I have Audio Cleaning Lab. To be honest, it's a pain but I suppose any one of these programs can only record at 33 and a third (so to speak), so it takes as long as it takes. It seems a problem if you try to do anything else on your computer while it's recording, so I've actually put very few LPs onto CD.

Audio Cleaning Lab. Have copied numerous LPs with it.

Im wanting to clean up a whole lot of early Jazz and Blues recordings that I purchased at a market recently. They are very scrached and the quality is not good. I have Music Match but I dont think that it has a clean up section - I used Music Match to convet my CD's to MP3's only to lose them all when my car was stolen. Wayne
