Just having pasta (with homemade sauce) tonight. A bit of a frenetic day, husband went on a few errands with my car (diesel) and filled it up with petrol - LOL!!! So it's been towed and will have to be drained tomorrow - no I haven't had a 'go' at him, he's feeling annoyed enough as it is!!

I have just had my breakfast toast and jam and of course a cup of tea, but I have just spoke to my mum and she has just finished her roast dinner, so you lot have made me crave for a big fat roast. thanks. Love Debs.

I'm feeling hungry! I have a rotten friend who said to me as we were freezing on the touchline watching our boys play rugby "Some people will be sitting down to a roast dinner in a minute, and they're probably just building up an appetite with a gin and tonic". Tonight we are having roast spuds, but also a beef casserole with dumplings, carrots, mushrooms, and I may steam some courgettes. nell

Just cleared up. Youngest son came for dinner today. We had roast pork with lemon and rosemary. Roast pots, cauli, little beans, carrots, stuffing and gravy. Pudding was apple crumble and cream or ice cream. This was accompanied byu a nice bottle of French white wine, followed by coffee and mints. Jo.
