well i'm trying out the recipies that he did apaet from the prawn one...let you know what the hubby and kids think but it sure smell good in our house

yum!!! christine,it was a basic tomato sauce(prob the one liz mentions) but he was telling you how to do different things with one sauce. hubby had it with pasta and said it was one of the best he'd tried(bearing in mind he was a chef in an italian restaurant i'd say that was good) isabelle had sausages and bacon with the sauce poured over and then baked in oven me and eloise had sauce again but with field mushrooms topped with cheese all was yummy and think i may buy his new book, Karen
