Hi everyone. I joined Genes Reunited a couple of months ago so I could thank all of the lovely people supporting my mum (Gaynor). Unfortunately I am a bit of a divvy and I managed to pay twice. I have emailed twice but not even had a reply. If I can get a refund I will donate the £7.50 to Pink Diana's charity. Any suggestions? Thanks Love Jack xx |

HI I accidently paid twice, and when I emailed them they were great and promptly refunded the second payment. That was only a couple of months ago so try again I am sure they will get back to you.On the green section on the left of the screen you will see a site which says "Contact Us"Scroll down to Feedback and put in your query Mary in Sydney |

Yes, I did the same thing - I have two logins, one for adoptive tree and one for birth tree, and paid for both ... not realising that I would only need to use the boards under one name! I contacted GR and they were very good, refunded me straight away. Good luck! Mandy :) |

Have had a reply from GR about the various issues I raised (including this one). They say this is being dealt with and you'll get an email to confirm when it's done. |
