yeah pretty much. i used to just pop them, talc em up and crack on. in the end the skin gets hard after you lose a few layers!! xx |

Hmmm.... burning feet.... I am so looking forward to that!! a Squadie once told me to pop them, squeeze out the liquid and leave the skin attached.... is this not right? |

yeah it basically moulds them to your feet. let them get all supple and that. then let them dry naturally. dont put them in the airing cupboard, you'll never get them on again!! oh and the best thing for blisters is zinc tape or tic benz. burns like a bugger but you'll be running by tea time! xx |

Aargh.... found a pair of PINK walking boots people and yep now got a horrendous blister so training is off for the next few days.... the price of vanity huh? Should have stuck with the other ones.... and I will tell you that it was Gaynors' Rob that told me I should have 2 pairs!! :O) |
