Thanks for the advice Sue! I generally don't do too bad with cars 'cos I'm quite handy at fixing moderate prob's but, I think it makes me a bit too picky. My partner's about to have a baby so she's not much help choosing at the minute. Extremely tired and hormonal (not my words - hers).

Plenty about two weeks ago but, because some...GLOIT, messed me about with my car, I've missed a couple. Also had a close escape with a Daewoo - after viewing it I was told that it belonged to an immigrant who had been deported, for drug dealing, and the police may want the car!!!! Near miss.

Craig, Don't loose heart pal! Did the very same 2 years ago, but ended up with the car I never thought I would get. Wanted a Scenic, but the only ones we could afford were really high mileage and about 5 yrs old. Then 6 days into driving every 14 & 1600, and getting really peed off, saw 'MY' 2ltr, 3 yrs old, 23000 on clock, grey, multi cd player the whole works, for the same price as the 1400 with 63000 on clock! YESSSSSS and it is a dream!!! So hang in there Good luck Kim x

EVER WISH YOU HADN'T DECIDED TO SHOP AROUND FOR CARS? For the last 4 days I've been driving all over Leeds trying to find a second hand car. I'm thoroughly sick and wish I'd never sold my last one. Let this be a lesson to all---- IF IT AIN'T BROKE-DON'T FIX IT!!!
