hi all, could someone please email me, i have o/e and i have installed incredimail and i've had no mails since!!!! i don't get that many mails "useally junk" but i hav'nt even had any of those!! i just want to see if it's working! i can send mails! anyone out there with incredimail?? chris.

It's more than likely incredimail itself,i have heard of people having no end of trouble with it ,and having trouble removing it.You would be better off with Tiscali or Y*ahoo,both of which do a free e/mail service and are quick and reliable .I did send you an e/mail by the way ,like Lynda ,via grrrrrr.Fred.ptfg.

Hi Christine. What you have to do is go into incredimail. Once in, you go to tools, then accounts and then you click on the box of your e-mail address in order to receive mail. Hope this helps. Good luck. Neil

Hi Chris I have incredimail and have had no problems what so ever . I send and receive pictures with no trouble ,have had for 2 years . I have a junk mail box which all the rubbish goes in . I think some Antivirus disc,s can be a problem with incredimail ,have sent you my e-mail address

Christine although you have Incredimail installed this does not stop OE working,it just means that IM is your default mail client. If you start OE and send and recieve you will see if you have a problem. Bob

thanks everyone for your help, i have now un-installed incredimail, but O/E is only sending and not receiving, i have 2 others which i keep incase something like this happens, i have mailed them from O/E and they recieved!! so now i will have to get in touch with my ISP and see what's going on, O/E is my main email. chris.

i have been intouch with my ISP and everything is sorted, O/E is running smoothly again and i had "37" emails!!!!! chris.
