Hi Jan I'm glad someone had a good cooking day cos I didn't This morning with the help of my four year grandaughter I made a sponge cake in which we were going to put Jam and cream but I was wrong I put the mixture into two tins , put them into bake but when I got them out of the oven in one of them the mixture had slipped to one side so it was very uneven I whipped the cream left it for a while and when I wanted to use it it had seperated into little yellow blobs and water Emilia put loads of jam everywhere the cake was not a success Tonight I started to make chilli concarne for tea and after I had some of the spices in with the meat I realised that I had no rice So I decided to change it to Spag Bol I added some Oregano & Italian spices and hoped for the best Didn't tell Don what had happened, until he said what the hell have you done to this Then he looked at me smiled and said it's not been your day today has it love Bren
